Each of our custom gripper seat covers are handcrafted and made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns on these items. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@thrillseekers.com
If you feel something weird about your seat cover or have a question about it's integrity, please reach out to us at info@thrillseekers.com. Our covers are made from the highest quality materials and crafted with hands of gold, so we stand behind each & every one of them.

We will gladly accept returns if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Items returned must be new/unworn products and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please reach out to customer service at info@thrillseekers.com for more information.
Any returned items that are received within 30 days of purchase, will be eligible for a credit to the original form of payment.
If the original purchase was with a gift card or digital gift card, a new gift card in the credited amount will be issued.
A refund will not be issued if items returned are used and not in their original condition.
Returns will be the customer's responsibility regarding shipping costs unless returning due to an error or defect.
