Shipping policy
Orders consisting of ONLY Apparel, Accessories and/or Boneyard Seat Covers will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We process orders Monday to Friday 9a - 5p Pacific Standard times.
Custom Seat Covers are subject to turnaround times that may vary. Due to our multi-step custom production, production times are estimated and subject to change. Please allow additional time during holiday season. For an accurate estimate on current production time, please refer to the Agreement Checkbox at the bottom of our seat cover customizer.

LOST PACKAGES
Thrill Seekers Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Thrill Seekers Inc. is liable. All of our packages are scanned throughout the shipping process. Your package is scanned in at your mailbox before it is delivered. We recommend signing up for text or email updates on the tracking page. It is possible that the postman dropped it off at a neighbors. Please be sure to check with your neighbors and local postman for miss delivered packages. We cannot file a lost claim on your behalf. Contact the shipping provider USPS/ UPS/ DHL , etc.
MIS-DELIVERY OR WRONG ADDRESS
Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping. If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling USPS or UPS to change the delivery address. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address. We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to give correct information. No exceptions.
